After the chaos of the last few months I have decided to focus on self-care for the month of October. I have decided to put one thing in my calendar for each day of the month so that I can focus on myself for a few minutes each day – remember you can’t pour from an empty cup so make sure to take care of yourself, especially if you have to take care of others.
