Yoga with Trish offers classes suited to people of all ages and ability. With each class we aim is to soothe the mind, strengthen the body and nourish the soul by flowing through our practice whilst maintaining a mindful awareness of our breath.
Guiding you through your practice is Patricia Tully, RYT200 yoga instructor.
Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years and my practice has helped me to grow stronger and more flexible, both on and off the mat, it inspires me to live a more mindful existence.
I completed my 200 hour training at Pure Health under the tutelage of Sarah Woolridge and Marion Buechner. I will always be a student of the practice and remain grateful for the wisdom that it continues to give me.
I completed Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training through Go Go Yoga For Kids (www.gogoyogakids.com) in 2020 and believe that yoga and mindfulness can make a real, positive difference in the lives of children.
I seek to help others in my classes by nurturing mind, body and soul and it is my wish that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
