Welcome to Yoga with Trish
Yoga with Trish offers classes suited to all ages and abilities. With each class our aim is to soothe the mind, nourish the soul and strengthen the body.
Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years and my practice has helped me to grow stronger and more flexible, both on and off the mat, it inspires me to live a more mindful existence.
I completed my 200 hour training at Pure Health under the tutelage of Sarah Woolridge. I will always be a student of the practice and remain grateful for the wisdom that it continues to give me.
I seek to help others in my classes by nurturing mind, body and soul and hope that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
