In this course we will delve deeper into the basics of Yoga learning more about meditation, breathing practices, the Eight Limbs of Yoga and building your own home Yoga practice.
Gentle Yoga – Thursday 7-8pm
This class focuses on reducing stress, releasing tension and connecting with the breath. This class is ideal for anyone trying yoga for the first time or for those looking for a softer approach to their practice. Breathing techniques and meditation are also incorporated into this class. Full body relaxation and balance are the goals of this class.
