Class schedule

Location: Soul Beauty Clinic, Ballyjamesduff

Gentle Yoga – Thursday 7-8pm

This class focuses on reducing stress, releasing tension and connecting with the breath. This class is ideal for anyone trying yoga for the first time or for those looking for a softer approach to their practice. Breathing techniques and meditation are also incorporated into this class. Full body relaxation and balance are the goals of this class.

Kids Yoga – Sunday 10:30 – 11

These classes are full of songs, games, stories and activities that help provide children with the tools to feel calmer and happier.

Yoga Flow – Sunday 11:30-12:30

This class is designed as a moving meditation, we flow from one pose to the next uniting body, mind and breath and practicing being in the present moment. The class ends by flowing into a final deep relaxation. Breathing techniques and meditation are incorporated into this class. The goal of this class to allow you to work out tension, ease stress and flow into comfort within.
